Columbia's best kept secret! The housekeeper "Sharon" was the BEST! She was friendly, and professional, and willing to accommodate when possible to our needs! Need more staff that has smiling faces!

There was a dead roach in bathroom

There was no soap in the room, no coffee maker in the room, no refrigerator in the room. Simply put, they were not ready to receive Guest.

The whole place smelled like stale cigarettes and weed. Room was dirty. Lock was broken. Looked like nothing had been renovated since the 90s. Bathroom was disgusting. Common areas were gross. No elevator. Over all, a terrible place to stay. I was there for about 20 minutes, just long enough to make a new reservation elsewhere and then check out again. Front desk just smiled and said “oh sorry”. That’s it.
