I waited 20-30 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk so I could check in. When I was finally able to start checking in his boss called him and didn’t seem to care that I had been waiting so long. The first room I was given had not been cleaned. So I had to go all the way back to the lobby. Now he decides to “upgrade” my room and gives me a different key. It didn’t work for the door so I go back to the lobby again. paid for 3 people in he room there was a total of 2 towels for 2 daysthe toilet was stopped up

This property was horrible to say the least no items in room. Roaches the on the go breakfast was non existent no staff smiling outside . Like horrible is the most respectful words I can fine should be demolished.

No lo recomiendo El hotel es feisimo el aseo terrible.la estufa no servia y se veia a leguas k nunca la limpian hasta cucarachas andaban en el cuerto iba por 4 noches gracias a dios cuando llegue y vi el aspecto k era terrible solo pague dos. He estado en otros stay america y nada k ver con ese de culumbia el manager debiera de estar mas pendiente. Recomiendo la cadena de stay América pero no el de culumbia

Poor lighting The location was very handy for us. The hotel looks very old and needs a lot of renovation. The door to our room was very unsafe. The dead bolt did not lock into place. We felt quite unsafe. From the inside the door would not latch! When we left the room I would push on the door several times to make sure no one could push the door in. One lamp was missing a bulb. The lamp by the bed had a broken bulb. The entrance bulb did not work. When I called the front desk I was told maintenance would not return until Mon... read more

This is my first really bad hotel expericane. They screwed up my request on 3 rooms,on ground level mind you. I even called in advance to confirm my specail request. i got one room down graded but wanted to charge me extra, one room had no lights, bed was not made, and my child almost got fryed by a outlet, a nother room the recinler did not work.

Read it before you decided Draws have molds & bad smells, bad for kids. I can hear footsteps from upstairs, hallways and other rooms. Pretty noisy and it effects your sleep time seriously. I had 15 hours sleep on three night stay. Pretty bad. Found a halfsmoken cigarette with ashes in one of the drawers on my last day, it freaked me out. It could cost me $200 fine if it’s found by employees according to their contract/invoice. It is most likely a set up or bait to get out more money from customers. All the exterior doors were broken either not able to close and lock or wouldn't take my key card. There was trash in the halls and left outside. Stove top and freezer BARELY worked and they were not up front about their prices. Not only that but it wasnt until day 2 that i was even able to pay because their card reader kept having issues. It was loud, the sink in the bathroom didnt just leak, it stayed on, like small stream, constantly. I could not believe how much i paid for such trash.
