The water in the sink ran all night. I checked out after one night. They told me to contact you for a refund. I just haven’t gotten around to it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Room Not Clean, Hallway Never Vaccum, ILLEGAL DRUG USE, RePORT NO CARES
This place was lousy. It didn't have toilet paper, which required me to go downstairs every day to get more! Of course no amenities like kleenx or sheets and blanket for the pullout bed. Carpet was dirtyand place all around felt skeezy. I realize it is an extended stay hotel but it is still a HOTEL. We stayed two nights because there was nothing else available in the area. I would NEVER risk staying at another Extended Stay America..
Old Smells Not comfortable
Dirty room, people live permanently in this hotel and kids running around the noise was incredible
Terrible I took a pic of a worm on the floor and another pic of a big roach on the floor. I then saw a roach on my bed, but I couldn’t get a pic of that one before it got away. I was nervous the all time of being there. I had previously moved from another one of your hotels because it didn’t have a stove or dishwasher, but it had the opening for both but they were gone. According to their website, the kitchen area was to be equipped with what you would need to cook. The reality was quite different. The cabinets were completely empty. There wasn't even a coffee maker. The stovetop didn't work. The refrigerator and microwave were the only adequate appliances. When we asked the desk for supplies, we were told we should have requested them ahead of time (huh?).
