Need some renovation. Some lights didn't work. The breakfast wasn't much at all.

Hotel was decent and clean. Staff weren't rude but they weren't exactly friendly either. Phone didn't work in the room and our room type wasn't available upon check in. We changed room types it's was just unfortunate. Overall an ok place to lay your head for a budget friendly price point. We did not utilize there breakfast but I was told it was just a basic continental with granola bars, oatmeal, and coffee.
The staff was friendly.

It would be better to have all kitchen amenities ready in room at arrival.

So here’s the thing. You get what you pay for. This is probably the lowest cost hotel in this area. So if you need a cheap place to stay for a night it’s fine. It is clean but definitely worn. Cabinets in kitchenette were rough, bathtub spigot half falling off, cleaning rag left in the fridge- you get the idea . The “breakfast” was some instant oatmeal packs and nutrigrain bars.
