Horrible Experience – Pregnant Guest Treated Terribly and Overcharged I booked 8 nights at Extended Stay America (450 Metro Place North, Dublin, OH) through Hotels.com and had the money ready for the full stay. When I arrived, they charged me less than the total and told me I “must’ve gotten a discount.” Then out of nowhere, they tried to charge my card again for an extra $74, claiming I only paid for 7 nights. Front desk lady was nice, and it was thoughtful to have snacks in the room, but there were nail clippings on the floor when i got to the room and included breakfast was coffee and nutrigrain bars.
I did not stay in that property because it was stinking a lot.
Room was dirty
The TV in my room didn't work. Desk tried helping but I couldn't get any programming on the TV. I was not offered another room to go to and when checking out I told the desk clerk about the TV. No offer of partial reimbursement for the room charge.
