Dumpy place Got to hotel lobby and no one behind front desk. Saw a sign turned sideways saying they were helping another guest and back soon. After 10 minutes I called the number on the sign and the phone rang behind the front desk. No one came. A few minutes later I called it again and then saw a door open in the hallway and saw several people just sitting in there. Stay away A bug crawled across my husband’s pillow and two other pillow cases were dirty. One with makeup and a long hair, the other was yellow. Seems to be a place for construction workers and their paid dates. Nasty!

Avoid this chain hotel AT Check in i took 10min + before someone came out of office to assist. Got to room and there was no toilet seat. I had my service dog with me and the next morning as we were leaving the hotel the cleaning crew stared yelling at me because my dog was not on a lean, which she yelled out stating this is policy. If the policy is not posted on the web site or anywhere at the hotel, how am I to know a lead was required. Disappointing Very Disappointing! Usually like extended stay hotels, I was in Columbus the week before but at a different location and it was good. So I booked again this past weekend for work… i walk up and a young lady is standing outside arguing w/ whoever she was on the phone with, just so happen it was the front desk staff, had to wait till she got off the phone to get waited on after I just worked 10hrs smh…. Asked for extra pillows with pillow cases and there was dried blood on them. Did not change them out. The bathroom was very dirty as well. Was supposed to be a queen bed and was given a full bed to sleep on. No extra rooms available to be transferred to. Breakfast included choices from one muffin and one nutrigrain bar to choose from, and I was there early. Never re-stocked.

Good area but needs some work. Door would not latch or lock and key cards did not work. Went to front desk 5 minutes after checking in and found no one. Went back two more times and no one.

Just don't stay here. We had to change rooms because of the smell. The a/c leaked and the carpet was wet and smelly in the room we had to keep. They called 4 or 5 days after we checked out at the front desk and turned in our keys to the clerk. And asked if we were still there. I'm checking to see what they charged me for.
