Upon arrival the parking area was dark. There was a man who appeared to be scouting for a victim in the parking lot. Once I entered inside, the lobby area was dated. The walls was red and yellow baby poop in color. Mounted on the south wall was a large old picture of a welcome mat. Inside and outside felt dirty. It felt like I was in the projects. Very, very dirty. General Manager very aggressive The place is very dirty and the general manager is aggressive and quick to rage! The room they gave me had been previously occupied by someone with cats. There was cat litter, cat hair, and cat food in the bathroom. Most extended stay properties have basic kitchen utensils, a few dishes and eating utensils. This place was bare. One kitchen towel, no dish soap, nothing to prepare a meal in or eat it off. The only positives were the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Shopping This place was a total waste of my free night. I had to clean the counter with the dish cloth because it was so dirty. It was evident the carpet had not been swept recently. The bedsheets had debris on them that looked like someone had just cut their hair. The pillow cases were questionable so I turned one inside out just so I could use one to sleep. Hair everywhere There was hair all over the bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), and even on the bedspread/blankets. The bathroom itself appeared to have not been cleaned at all (including toilet). It was simply disgusting. I left the next morning despite having more nights reserved. The positives were the AC worked, and there didn't appear to be any hair in/on the microwave and fridge.

Disappointed. This hotel was very run down and in need of a good cleaning. The carpets were dirty, the bathroom tub needed replaced, and it was just generally not in good shape. We have stayed here in the past, but it seems to have gone downhill. We will not be staying here again. In addition, we booked a king room because we were staying for several days.
