Staff was very nice and helpful. I had the worst night sleep in my life because the bed was rock hard. In the morning, I called the front desk to share my concerns and we discovered my mattress was upside down! They were surprised and apologetic. Happy they were nice about it. But this is unacceptable!

Not satisfy my entirely staying No pots and pans provide for my staying and I can’t cook my dinner! Broken kitchen cabinet, not enough pillows .

At first check in I found there was no shower curtain, i returned to the desk, told to wait and was then handed a pkg with a curtain in it. I do not work for your company and i am paying for a complete room.
