Not a good one night stop No toilet paper in our room when we checked in at 1:30 am. Free "Breakfast in the go" was some granola bars and apples.

This was not the best place to stay. The room smelled like smoke when we requested a non- smoking room. Then the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate . We later found out someone had been smoking in the stair well. It was loud and we did not get much sleep. The staff were not informed or friendly. Never even smiled

Just Okay This hotel was just okay. it advertises free WiFi - but it costs extra if you want the fastest speed. There were no utensils or dishes in the room. My biggest complaint is that it was advertised as a smoke free room - but had obviously been smoked in before. I woke up with clogged sinuses and dry mouth from breathing in the stale smoke smell all night. I'm completely disappointed that it wasn't smoke free.

Nightmare I was very disappointed with this hotel. The parking lot was covered with snow that was not cleared. The snow has melted and refrozen and it was very slippery like a skating rink. I fell down few times; fortunately no major injury. I am from North Ohio, where we are used to walking in snow. This was bad and no excuse. Hotel lobby was closed at 11 PM. This hotel was similar to a Motel 6. This hotel operated on the cheap. There were absolutely no amenities. The room had a kitchen that had no cups, etc. and did not even have a coffee pot. This made the kitchen useless. The toilet was filthy and I believe the carpet had not been cleaned because I am very sensitive to dust. Dust in my carpet gives me a headache, which I got. Don't stay here... everything was cheap, cheap, cheap, blankets, pillows, - all awful. smelled funny.

Not what we expected. No pool, breakfast bar that includes limited choice of fruits and snack bars, no ice vending machine, small lobby. Hilton Garden Inn across the street have all the features I asked for at same rate.
