WHAT happened? I booked this hotel 1 day in advance and guaranteed my room for the night of November 7, 2015 with a credit card. Arrived at hotel and waited at the Front Desk for 1.5 hours for ANY clerk or hotel employee to check me into my room. Despite calls to the 1-800 help number nationally, NO ONE ever arrived and I had to leave the hotel without a room. Would not recommend The customer service I received was terrible. The room was not properly cleaned. The kitchen area in my room was nasty, food was left in the sink and the refrigerator was dirty.

This place was pretty nasty... The room smelled like mildew. I wouldn't stay there again. Spend the extra $10 and stay somewhere else.

Terrible place I stayed here only 1 of the 2 nights I had booked. This is A dump very dirty and smelled horrible couldn't wait to check out. Do not stay here ever.

Not a good one night stop No toilet paper in our room when we checked in at 1:30 am. Free "Breakfast in the go" was some granola bars and apples.

This was not the best place to stay. The room smelled like smoke when we requested a non- smoking room. Then the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate . We later found out someone had been smoking in the stair well. It was loud and we did not get much sleep. The staff were not informed or friendly. Never even smiled

Just Okay This hotel was just okay. it advertises free WiFi - but it costs extra if you want the fastest speed. There were no utensils or dishes in the room. My biggest complaint is that it was advertised as a smoke free room - but had obviously been smoked in before. I woke up with clogged sinuses and dry mouth from breathing in the stale smoke smell all night. I'm completely disappointed that it wasn't smoke free.

Nightmare I was very disappointed with this hotel. The parking lot was covered with snow that was not cleared. The snow has melted and refrozen and it was very slippery like a skating rink. I fell down few times; fortunately no major injury. I am from North Ohio, where we are used to walking in snow. This was bad and no excuse. Hotel lobby was closed at 11 PM.
