Smoking rooms + poor service Despite requesting non-smoking multiple times in our hotels.com booking, when we arrived late, after a long drive, we were told that only smoking rooms were available. We made it clear that we were not interested in staying in a smoking room, but the woman at the front desk only solution was to give us the one that hadn't been used in a couple days...and that we could try different smoking rooms to see if we preferred any over the others. What can I say but Room had s very strong orange smell to it , when we pulled sheet back , bed was soak with water and orange cleaning fluid where maid tried to clean blue ink spots that was on and in sheets , talk to front desk , instead of dealing with the problem at hand , wanted to know why it took so long to report it , finally receive another room at 11:30 pm . Then 6 hrs later fire alarm went off and sent everyone out .fire dept came and asked if they had fix the alarm since the last time .response from desk no , luck... read more
Do not stay here! Horrible stay. Our view was of a dumpster filled with mattresses and mattresses all around the dumpster....Bed Bugs Maybe???? Coffee completely disappeared at 9 a.m., breakfast consisted of a muffin or a package of oatmeal with hot water. Was never told there would not be a cleaning service every day when I talk to the front desk they said they would clean your room only if you're there past a week. Pay the extra $20 for a higher end hotel. WILL NEVER REFER!

left a western shirt in the room called the next day and was told it was not there. that is impossible I took it off before bed time. I paid 50 dollars for it years ago. not happy

Unsatisfied customer! The desk clerk was very rude. Check in time was 3 but we didn't check in till 5:30 because we were at a soccer tournament. When we arrived there the room was not ready and had to wait another 15-30 minutes. He was not apologetic or did he explain what the situation he just told me I had to wait. He wasn't sincere at all with working with us. The room didn't have any soap or shampoo as well. Needless to say not very happy.
I will not use Hotels.com or extended stay again. When we went to check in the hotel it was after midnight because we had been to a concert that did not end till then. A night phone was available outside the door. Upon ringing for a night clerk a young man opened the door and said he was the laundry guy but he would try to see if a room was available. He also tried to call a manager for help but got no where. I called hotels.com for help and was passed around for over 30 minutes and never got proper assistance. We were left ... read more

Not so ckean. Smelly rooms, feces on sink. Staff nice. Hair in tub.
