Beware!!!! put in 3rd floor smoking floor with a 2 year old and pregnant wife. Requested diff room from front desk, they would "call if another room avail." No call, ever. Also hotel.com said pool is an amenity which is not the case. Front desk person laughed about it and said she gets that a lot about the pool only from hotel.com. I did complain to hotel.com and hotel corporate with a response of "ask the front desk"...which I did several times and nothing was done.

They need to understand how to provide service I was there for 3 nights and they never went to my room for cleaning or changing of towels. The place is filthy.

Paid for two full bed suite- put in a queen bed suite with a pull- out couch suite and told they don't have rooms with full beds ( which are priced higher on hotels.com and for which I paid). The sink in kitchen dirty, tub dirty, dirty linens left in bathroom. Totally a disaster and will not trust hotels.com with any more of my hotel stays.

Smoking rooms + poor service Despite requesting non-smoking multiple times in our hotels.com booking, when we arrived late, after a long drive, we were told that only smoking rooms were available. We made it clear that we were not interested in staying in a smoking room, but the woman at the front desk only solution was to give us the one that hadn't been used in a couple days...and that we could try different smoking rooms to see if we preferred any over the others. What can I say but Room had s very strong orange smell to it , when we pulled sheet back , bed was soak with water and orange cleaning fluid where maid tried to clean blue ink spots that was on and in sheets , talk to front desk , instead of dealing with the problem at hand , wanted to know why it took so long to report it , finally receive another room at 11:30 pm . Then 6 hrs later fire alarm went off and sent everyone out .fire dept came and asked if they had fix the alarm since the last time .response from desk no , luck... read more
Do not stay here! Horrible stay. Our view was of a dumpster filled with mattresses and mattresses all around the dumpster....Bed Bugs Maybe???? Coffee completely disappeared at 9 a.m., breakfast consisted of a muffin or a package of oatmeal with hot water. Was never told there would not be a cleaning service every day when I talk to the front desk they said they would clean your room only if you're there past a week. Pay the extra $20 for a higher end hotel. WILL NEVER REFER!
