Best things were (1) a kind, patient, helpful staff (2) shuttle from hotel to Newark Airport. It is a bit old and dated on inside. It was clean, but carpet needed replacing or a serious shampooing.

Extended stay Elizabeth nj Hotel was fine being near airport was noisy with plane traffic. Walkable to ihop restaurant

We paid our security deposit in cash the night we checked in. Guest services said we didnt do it. We assured him.that we did. He said he didnt receive that from us. We chose not to argue with him. Wont go back here again..shuttle drivers were nice to us. We tipped them every day.

On 5/13/24 afternoon I was waiting for about an hour in the P4 of the airport to be picked up; after promised that will take only 10-15 minutes. In another note, the receptionist and the shuttle driver on the morning of 5/14/24 they both were very diligently and bd cooperative in help me to catch my international flight ontime.
