Problemas com no quarto recepção se negou a ajudar Como qualquer hotel da rede Extended Stay America que já fiquei todos superaram minhas expectativas, só que nessa estadia tive alguns problemas que o hotel se recusou a resolver, inclusive bati boca com a recepcionista pois estava no quarto 418 e o chuveiro se negava a esquentar, com 9 graus lá fora agente tendo que tomar banho morno, o que parece é que eles desligavam o aquecedor na parte da noite, porque das 8:00 da manha em diante tinha agua quente e ia até as 17:00 no má... read more

Helpful, friendly front office staff Noelle at the front desk was very helpuf. She was patient, empathetic, with a sunny disposition and professional. She indeed made my stay cimfortable. Will stay again.

All of staff was on smoke break when I tried to check in and told me and the others we had to wait to check in or get assistance.
