The front desk lady was kind and helpful. I saw a lot of misbehaving guests and the front desk lady trying to do her job properly. I was on the 3rd floor and people kept walking and yelling until around 2am. Loud music as well. Not the right environment for quiet people.

We have not received the deposited amount yet . Even agates calling multiple times to the front desk
On the Orbitz website, this hotel stay said it "include breakfast". No "breakfast" was available or provided. There was simply coffee, and some store-bought muffins were placed on a table opposite the front desk. Secondly, the bed had no blankets provided, the pillows were meager and only one plastic cup was provided in the bathroom. The water pressure was also very low (room 136). The room was disgusting. The sheets were dirty. I had to switch out the sheets. The bathrooms were not clean. The room smelled like smoke when I came down to exchange the sheets they gave a can for breeze to try to make the room smell better. I would never recommend this property to anybody.

Our stay was ok just that the hotelonly provides three pillows on the bed and qhen call for the fourth pillow they said they dont have one another thing was that they didnot carry an ice machine nor ice buckets or a gift shop .Front desk staff always step away for the front office so when you needed to call for something there was nobody to help you it was like fending for yourself .
