Horrible Experience We were family of 7 on the way to hotel. We had a reservation for 4 days for 2 rooms, but the hotel called us on the day of reservation and told that they don’t have any rooms available in their hotel, which was not expected at 7 pm in the night. It was a horrible experience. Will never book this hotel again.

The service fatal. My room is not ready at the time that said. Second, the transportation is not working in the moment that u need to the airport.

The room was full of dust, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet had poop, and they told me they didn't have staff to clean it, they didn't change my room either and they gave bad service, I regret having stayed there, and the hotel had a bad smell too.👎👎👎

The property was extremely unclean, and the staff behaved in an unprofessional manner. The overall atmosphere resembled that of a shelter rather than a hospitality establishment. I would not recommend staying here.

Only stayed one night to board cruise and would not stay again. Hallways were unkept, like they have not been vacuumed, hallway lights were out, which made us question the bedroom itself. TV did not work. Bed was uncomfortable.
