The front desk lady was kind and helpful. I saw a lot of misbehaving guests and the front desk lady trying to do her job properly. I was on the 3rd floor and people kept walking and yelling until around 2am. Loud music as well. Not the right environment for quiet people.

I was told that there would be an airport shuttle, but there was no driver. I was offered a taxi service, but it was not going to be covered by the hotel. The whole reason I booked the room was because of the airport shuttle. Would not recommend this place, poor service.

No practical breakfast, as I hurried to catch 6am flight. No shuttle provided. Call to pickup is extremely difficult, nobody pick up phone and it automatically switch to central sale office who does not care.
