If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. We booked through Expedia for a double bed room but after driving 6 hours in the rain, we arrived to find none available. Instead, we were stuck with side-by-side rooms. At check-in, the entrance reeked of marijuana with people laying on the ground smoking — not the welcome you want after a long trip. When we arrived at the hotel, we saw a man and woman sitting in the parking lot smoking. First red flag. When we got inside, we had to wait awhile. Next, a young lady came to check us in. While getting checked in. I noticed everything looked dark and musty. The lady told us if we needed clean towels, we had to bring the dirty towels downstairs. Also, if we needed pots and pans we had to get that from downstairs. We got our keys and headed to the room. When we got to the room, we met the room door ajar. Second red flag. The b... read more

I had booked double bed for 4 people but got single bed. Staff disagreed to give the other room on the same floor too. I had travelled with 2 senior citizens and one child. My dad had to sleep on a chair. Bathroom water in sink , toilet and shower was too low. Toilet didn’t flush so they asked me to use other rooms bathroom. Very inconvenient stay. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
