I stay for 6 days i had alot of large heavy irems to move out on my checkout and no push cart in the whole building two are missing resting in there rooms also there are wheelchairs parked outside of rooms people using desk seats for wheelchair.

This was an absolute nightmare. Your platform and confirmation message clearly stated there would be an airport shuttle — just call. Simple enough, right? This is a hotel where people live. The lobby smelled like weed. Our room was sparse but only moderately dirty—areas around door knobs and walls had hand prints. The bed didn’t seem dirty.

Extended Living Motel The staff was very wonderful, especially the front desk, young lady Destiny This facility has a lot of transits staying there living there the carpet was dirty. The whole facility needs an upgrade. I felt uncomfortable and insecure with the surroundings because of the many people living there.

I am very disappointed with this hotel and shuttle service. The shuttle from the airport was supposed to be available until 10:45 p.m. I called and requested a pickup for my dad at 9:30. The shuttle came but didn’t even stop. He waited for the next one, but nobody came. When I called an hour later, they said it was too late and that the shuttle was no longer running. It was only 10:30 p.m. I had to call a taxi for my dad. The breakfast option can’t even be considered a real breakfast—it’s just coffee or tea and cupcakes.
