Stood at the counter for 5 minutes calling out hello with no answer. Finally I called the phone number and the person answered b he was behind the counter the entire time he just never came out from around the corner. Shuttle service does not run when I need it but that detail was not provided at booking. Lack of service lack of important information just overall a poor experience.

The hallway smells like hot garbage and animal feces and that smells travels inside your room. Wifi is NOT free and fairly expensive and the furniture, curtains, carpet, microwave old and outdated. I would NEVER stay here again.

The hallway was stinky.The room had very old furniture,broken and worn out. The washroom exhaust was very noisy.No carpet flooring,the wooden flooring was worn out several places. No breakfast as such. In the name of breakfast what you will get is Tea/Coffee and two flavors of muffin.And yes, parking is not free, 10$ per night.Overall, 2 out of 5.

Very bed experience because no kettles in the room every time weed smells is coming stuff was not helpful 😒

I drove 6 hours with a baby. When I reach front desk there was only one person checking in. It took a while to be checked in. She gave me a parking pass for my horrible experience. When I called to ask for a playpen for the baby she said they didn’t have any and rudely hung up.

Repeated calls to the hotel went to a touch tone system that went unanswered. After several attempts, the front desk picked up and I was told their van was broken down and I should find another way to get to the hotel. At the hotel, my room was filthy: bed unmaid, cooking pots / pans were unwashed and piled up on a counter and the room smelled of unwashed bodies. Whole hotel reeks of smoke smell… rooms are not cleaned… bedsheets have holes in them. Hair dryer was not there and when asked for it, they sent some broken hair dryer which started sparkling when turned on.. room smells bad

Choose another location nearby and spend the extra twenty / fourty dollars to not sleep on a rock with a sheet for a blanket. Hallway floors were filthy — room wasn’t awful just to lay your head for a couple hours. Would never stay here longer than the little bit we needed the room for. Seems like people stay here awhile or something. There was a guest rolling around the hallways, with their room’s office chair like a wheel chair… holding their dog. Tub was clogged moved rooms, the tv didn’t work and the shower rod was broken so the floor got wet!
