Guest service was good. Our clean towels were wet, I requested/ received new towels. Room was clean and in ok condition, you pay for what you get. Our room actually smelled cleaned. There was an unpleasant odor in the hallways from someone cooking in their room. Carpet in the hallway was dirty needed to be vacuumed and there were dirty towels in the hallway outside of several rooms in the evening. Elevator also had an unbearable smell that made me nauseous. Okay for the money The hotel is nice. The bathroom door handle was broken, so it did not lock. The beds were not very comfortable, but for the price, it was okay. Not a large selection for the “grab & go” breakfast either.
It was clean and staff was pleasant.
