The front desk people were very friendly and nice but that’s the only good thing I can say about this hotel unfortunately. The room was gross! Microwave-dirty Walls-dirty Bathroom-dirty (and no soap or toilet paper) Towels-stained

TV didn’t work on Saturday and Sunday, drawers in mini kitchen were very dirty. On Monday, we were told we could move to a handicap room to get a working TV. Handicap rooms are shower only and when you shower water runs all over bathroom floor so then you have your cleanup, plus you have no cabinets in the bathroom to set anything on, just a sink. Not a comfortable stay and that does not include the uncomfortable bed. Not worth the money!

The rooms and bathrooms were filthy and had roaches in them. There ceiling had spider webs hanging out of them Their towels were dirty and the tub, toilet, towels and sink had hairs all over them. The floors were disgusting and had dirt spots all on them Jada was very accommodating in helping me find a clean room, we went to SEVERAL different rooms before we were able to find one halfway clean. She was also able to get my stay free but I still had to clean my room and due to the roaches and nastiness I left the next morning ... read more

The rooms and bedrooms were filthy. The towels were dingy, the bathroom, sink, toilet had hairs on them. The floors were disgusting and hadn’t been mopped. There were spider webs in the ceiling and roaches in the bathroom. I paid for a king size bed but all the rooms with king size beds were filthy so I had to have a queen size bed with king size sheets on the that kept wrinkling up all night. Alot of things such as TV, lights beside bed, had to move to another room. My son has cockroach in his room. Also. No coffee machine and no hair dryer in rooms

Id skip this one Our room had no shower curtain! Toilet was dirty, i wont go into details but it was very apparent it hadnt been cleaned. No toilet paper. I inspected sheets and they seemed ok but after the other things it made me question the cleaning of our room.
