Staff was amazing but the room was dirty. The bathroom was gross. Other than that can complain.

I just don’t even know honestly. Everything was fine until I had a guy friend over and apparently they just gave up my room key to him randomly. He went to the front desk and asked to have a room key cause he lost his even though the room that he needed a key for was not in his name. They willingly gave him a key to get into my room that I paid for out of my pocket. Even though I gave them my ID to verify me . They don’t clean throughly! First room we were given was filthy and had feces in the toilet and hair in the bathroom. We were given a second room that wasn’t much better. Very dusty and the floor was covered in hair and dust. The hallways and elevator were the same. Filthy. We visit Huntsville often and won’t be staying again.

The first room was uncleaned and the second room somebody open the door to the room and the third room was uncleaned and last but not least the fourth room TV didn"t work and no shower curtain. Worse stay of my life.

Nasty, dirty. Horrible This place in deceptive by the initial appearance. Its when you pull the the bedding down and not only the the sheet dirty from trash and what may have been a foot print, along side what I'm positive was pubic hair. The old food sitting in the sink was another big NASTY! Dont go to this place.

I arrived late in the evening at my scheduled time to find out they did not have a room. They did offer a substitute in a facility several miles a way. When I returned the next day they had rooms available but did not honor my booking. They require that I get a refund from Expedia and then re-book the room (that I had originally reserved). I chose to go elsewhere. This is the second time that I've had a reservation with an Extended Stay facility and have arrived to find that they did not have a room for me. Never again.

Not recommended for families with kids. We should have paid more price and stayed at the the place. I see people spitting on the elevator. I noted that the floor is so dusty.
