No toilet paper in room or front desk, exposed electrical wiring in room, dirt on room floor. Needed to wear shoes in the room, dead bug in sink drain, black grease in other sink drain. No tissues in room no hair dryer no shower soap. Room was on the third floor and the elevator was inoperable.

Then didn’t stay all 4 nights asked for a refund for the one night never got it.

Never cleaned my room WiFi didn’t worked

Power bars and coffee only for breakfast. Room didn't get cleaned for 11 days.

When we arrived desk clerk informed us that the elevator wasn’t working. Our room was on the 2nd floor, I use a cane, so stairs are an issue. We were so tired and didn’t want to find somewhere else to stay. The room had no disposable cups to use, . It basically was a bed to sleep in for the night. They do need to clean their hallways, & the stairs as the floors were dusty & dirty. Would not stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is the second time we have stayed at this property and for it to be so new they have many issues. The last time there was no hot water, this time the elevators are broken and I have a bad knee. We were on the second floor and made our stay very uncomfortable. The phone in our room did not work so we realize we didn’t have much toilet paper. We couldn’t call down and get housekeeping. Also the toiletries they left in the bathroom were empty, so I’m not even sure why they bothered.

The property had a very bad smell is not breakfast friendly if you want a hotel that serve breakfast please do not go there. The elevator stopped working. The smell was horrible.

Definitely not staying here again front desk was really nice that was about it. Beside rail road tracks and fire alarm went off because someone was smoking in there room and they said they offer breakfast but it’s just grab and go muffins
