The photos posted do NOT reflect the condition of the property. They advertise free breakfast but it was muffins and coffee... thats it. Everywhere I looked was dirty from the second I walked in the door to the trash piled by the elevators, to the poop smears on the toilet. Walking barefoot in my room left dark marks on my feet. You have a kitchen area with no dishes and have to request them even though no one answers the phone to the front desk so I had to hunt someone down. Liked kitchenette and being able to check out dishes. Could not call front desk from the room. Had to go to front desk with dirty towels and exchange them for clean ones. There was seldom anyone sitting at the front desk and had to wait. Left note one afternoon because no one appeared after waiting 20 min. No one responded to the note we needed towels. Had to go back later that night. Service was not good at all.

Broken Elevator My room was on the third floor and the elevator felt like a sauna getting there. There were three disabled people in my party and the elevator went out for a whole day of our stay. We had to struggle up three flights of stairs several times that day. Front desk Kevin never answered the phone. After checking out the general manager Ms. Jackson was impossible to get in touch with regarding an adjustment for the discomfort of the broken elevator.
