Not so great. The room looked ok/clean when we checked in. Later early evening I went to the bathroom and was surprised to see a roach crawling around on the floor. The room was also very noisy. We could hear the highway, the person walking around in the room above us and and fight between guests in the middle of the night. This was not a good stay.

El servicio , la limpieza pésima, habían cucarachas grandes dentro del cuarto , la pared al lado de la bañera tenía moho , dicha que tenía el desayuno incluido cuando haces la reservación y no es cierto. El destino es solo un café y a eso le llama desayuno.

When we arrive after a sporting event for check in we are met with a small sign at the desk stating that there is no hot water. It was late that night so we agree to stay for the night and check out in the morning. This issue with the hot water has been an ongoing issue for weeks. The hotel would not assist us in any refund. The manager was not on duty and would not answer. There was no information on their website to show that they did not have heat. I did not stay, no hot water, should not be charged, I have a email stating that I will not be charged, had to book somewhere else

The hotel smelled of fish, there were no extra things like shampoo either for the hair or body, they only give a little soap, the bed was uncomfortable it grinded a lot, supposedly they provide breakfasts they only give coffee and muffins something that even the coffee was horrible.

Informed the staff the day of check-in thay we would be arriving aftet midnight. Was told that was ok and that ot would be passed on to night person. We arrived at 0100 and there was no one there. Phone rang and rang. No answer. No help from the main number, the lady just kept sayong uou have to call the hotel and press #4, even after explaining that that was done NUMEROUS times. Microwave didnt work. Had to ask for cups. Breakfast was unforgettable. Too much money for value received. Staff was friendly

I heard the sounds of people flushing all night and it kept me awake. There was also a giant Stain on my bed. Half of the stuff was almost falling off the wall and the elevator smelt like it was burning its rubber. Would not recommend.
