No hot water upon arrival There was no hot water so we couldn’t stay there, but nobody reached out to tell us prior to arrival. The front desk girl told us when we arrived and we wanted hot showers so we cancelled the reservation. It was out of there control to not have hot water at that time, but efforts could have been made to notify us ahead of time.

Run away don’t rent Hotel smelled like a mix of weed and Burger King onion rings. Towels that looked like someone vomitted in the hallway and dogs everywhere. Had what looked like public hair on the toilet seat when we arrived. Toilet paper holder was broke off wall. I cannot honestly say one good thing about this place. What’s weird is all the reviews are good and that is why I picked it. Someone was sleeping in their car in the parking lot. So they are either paid reviews or have low standards.

Y’all need to have normal milk or half & half available for coffee. I was lucky to score a few packets of nonfat dry milk that are apparently not even usually available, but the only other coffee cream was sweetened. Plenty of people don’t use sweetener or sugar in their coffee

One and done. Never again. I played musical rooms. First room, hair balls on the floor, crumbs, hair in shower curtain and some nasty sticky substance on the clean fitted bedsheet. Told staff my room was dirty and asked to be moved to a different room. The second room was worse. Sink was absolutely disgusting. Crumbs on shelves. Floor had never been swept. Not so great. The room looked ok/clean when we checked in. Later early evening I went to the bathroom and was surprised to see a roach crawling around on the floor. The room was also very noisy. We could hear the highway, the person walking around in the room above us and and fight between guests in the middle of the night. This was not a good stay.

El servicio , la limpieza pésima, habían cucarachas grandes dentro del cuarto , la pared al lado de la bañera tenía moho , dicha que tenía el desayuno incluido cuando haces la reservación y no es cierto. El destino es solo un café y a eso le llama desayuno.

When we arrive after a sporting event for check in we are met with a small sign at the desk stating that there is no hot water. It was late that night so we agree to stay for the night and check out in the morning. This issue with the hot water has been an ongoing issue for weeks. The hotel would not assist us in any refund.
