Well the first day the lock on the door stopped working. Had to move. The new room was much smaller and didn’t have a bedroom like the first one We had did. And there was no lock on the second room door to pull over and lock on the inside.
The staff are lovely but I can't recommend this property due in large part to housekeeping and laundering. We checked in at night only to find a hair on our sheets. The front desk clerk was fantastic and swiftly moved us to another room. Our second room also had a hair on the bed. The sheets looked freshly laundered otherwise. We stayed in the 2nd room because we were exhausted. Other disappointments - weird room layout, ineffective blackout curtains... just kind of meh.
I got bit up by some sort of bugs. I don’t know if they were bed bugs or fleas, but I had itchy mosquito like bumps pop up through the night. The suite felt like a cozy small one bedroom loft.

Disappointed!!! I rented two rooms for 2 nights but when I got the key card for one of them and opened the door there were someone else's belongings. They gave me another room after I refused to wait til 5pm to have them clean that room ( I got there at 3ish). The 2nd day they didn't put any fresh towels (I didn't have the "do not disturb sign" and still no frah towels or linens. The bed was not comfortable enough. I honestly didn't like my stay. Will not stay here again. All the "fabulous" reviews are lies!!!

Along with the postings in the rooms it states that we do housekeeping by request. If you did not request for them to come to your room they will not. I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us.
Place was filthy! Advertised as daily housekeeping... there is none on weekends and only light cleaning during the week... I’ve never ever seen that in a hotel before! The hotel stunk of smoke and the manager had allows her dog to roam around and sit on the couches! Gross! Also no collar or leash on the dog! Worst hotel experience ever!

Everything was upset When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to check in.The employees asked my family name. Then he told me that there was no room. Go to the hotel nearby....I drove with my friends again and went to another hotel. We were assigned a room because we thought it was the same hotel. Broken Elevator The elevator was broken and we were on the top floor with my handicapped brother--not a good situation. It took us 15 minutes to get up or down the steps. PLEASE fix your elevator!!!!

Not clean I booked two staff members here for business travel. Room was filthy with lots of dirt inside the beds. Hotel changed rooms, but I decided to book them elsewhere instead. Gross!
