The outside if the property is nice. The inside is very outdated. The furniture was really old. The elevator floor as well as the doors to the rooms had masking tap on it. The bedding had stains on it. This did not have the feel of a hotel. It felt more like housing. I can’t understand how the rating on Orbitz was higher than a 8. I would rate this a 4 at best. Front desk worker was very rude (Ali). We were supposed to show up on a Wednesday and called at 6:00p.m to let the know we wouldn’t be there until 4:00 a.m. and unfortunately we had a family emergency. Called back at 9:00 and said we would be there around 4:00 p.m on Thursday. When we showed up they said we didn’t have a reservation. I knew I had to pay the cancellation fee for Wednesday night. Hallway and room smelled of smoke and pets. Had to call and ask for towels. I’ve never been anywhere they only clean once a week unless you ask.
