Room was to be a non-smoking room but the hallways and the room smell like musky cigarettes. The room had cigarette burns in the carpet and the air vents in the room were gross. I would like a refund for this stay it was a horrible experience. My family had to sleep fully clothed as that’s how dirty it felt. Unfortunately, there was nothing else available in the area to leave the hotel

Needs more maintains The place was nice and somewhat clean, unfortunately we notice areas of the room with pet hair and my wife end up having an allergic rash all over her body. We had pet hair all over our bags and in the sofa bed.

The hotel smelled of weed. Our room was freezing with hardly any blankets.

Expensive motel For the nightly rate the rooms and hotel amentities are far below substantiating that value. All around dated property. 3rd floor is smoking and it infiltrates every part of the hotel. Nothing in the room was clean or well kept except thankfully for the bed. Although mattress was very worn out and uncomfortable. The property as a whole is very dirty, staff were friendly but cant make up for the poor quality of the rooms. When entering our room we were hit with this overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, although we had a nonsmoking room. The room was outdated and had fruit flies around the microwave. When we went to the pool, I ended up skimming it because it was full of dead bugs and their was a man smoking in the pool even though it was a smoke free area. It wasn't the worst room that I have stayed in, but I wouldnt go back.
