I should have known better. While check in was a breeze and everyone was lovely, our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. The room and decor were old except the bathroom and kitchen which have been remodeled. The carpet, wallpaper and couch have seen better days. Noisy in front of hotel.

Cockroach’s! We stayed for a sporting event. We booked a two night stay and cut it short by a day after we seen multiple cockroaches in our room! We did not get any reimbursement for checking out a day early. There also was no one working at the front desk for hours the evening we checked out. We tried calling and no answer, doers were shut to the office and lights were out we waited several hours and no one. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I asked during checkin that the room was a no pet allow room and he confirm yes. Based on smell and condition of furniture it was not. My wife could not stay there. we cancel and left.

Booked hotel at this location specifically for the OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL. Pool clearly advertised and photos shown of outside pool. Upon arrival, I looked for the pool. I see that it is a big empty "Dry" hole that would not serve as a pool. We did not check in to the hotel and we had Expedia intervene to assist in locating suitable Hotel accomodations elsewhere that did not misrepresent their hotel amenities. Very limited in personal care for the guests, my husband asked for more soap and shampoo because we was 3 girls with a long hair and the front desk just give us 1 mini extra shampoo and 1 soap and very old the carpets inside the room and in the hallway smells.

This hotel is in a decent location but has very old unkept mattresses and furniture. Linens are minimal. Small room , very loud at night . No fruit options for breakfast. I would not stay here again. Just got bought from extended stay but is not up to brand standards.
