Thank goodness I packed my Lysol wipes. The refrigerator door had food in it's crevices and the toilet seat was visibly not clean. The bed sheets are a dingy white color and the coverlet was thin and cheap. For the rate I paid, I was very disappointed. I will not be staying here again.

The staff was friendly. The kitchen had what I needed. Convenient the sights and highway. The room smelled. The phone didn't work. One remote the batteries didn't work. The bathroom door didn't lock. You couldn't see the TV from the couch. They said to move the couch ourselves if we didn't like the location. They never fixed or tried to fix any of the problems. When we first got there we told the office about the problems and asked for a new room. They said no.

The facilities were very nice. The interior hallways and the rooms however smelled of cigarette smoke. One room was so bad we asked to be changed to another room which was better but the order was evident in the hallway. Kind of smelled like someone was burning incense to hide the smell of cigarettes.

Not worth the $$... The room was filthy. We had to scrub down the kitchen and bathroom since there were no other rooms available and Hotels.com AND ChoiceHotels were both unreachable. The "breakfast" promised consisted of cold coffee, mini muffins and tupperwares with cereal (not even individual boxes). The pool was dirty as well as the area surrounding it. The employees were lovely but housekeeping never came as promised several times (thats another thing - no daily housekeeping 😡). We were extremely upset and disappointed... read more
