Booked hotel at this location specifically for the OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL. Pool clearly advertised and photos shown of outside pool. Upon arrival, I looked for the pool. I see that it is a big empty "Dry" hole that would not serve as a pool. We did not check in to the hotel and we had Expedia intervene to assist in locating suitable Hotel accomodations elsewhere that did not misrepresent their hotel amenities. Very limited in personal care for the guests, my husband asked for more soap and shampoo because we was 3 girls with a long hair and the front desk just give us 1 mini extra shampoo and 1 soap and very old the carpets inside the room and in the hallway smells.

This hotel is in a decent location but has very old unkept mattresses and furniture. Linens are minimal. Small room , very loud at night . No fruit options for breakfast. I would not stay here again. Just got bought from extended stay but is not up to brand standards.

Room was to be a non-smoking room but the hallways and the room smell like musky cigarettes. The room had cigarette burns in the carpet and the air vents in the room were gross. I would like a refund for this stay it was a horrible experience. My family had to sleep fully clothed as that’s how dirty it felt. Unfortunately, there was nothing else available in the area to leave the hotel

Needs more maintains The place was nice and somewhat clean, unfortunately we notice areas of the room with pet hair and my wife end up having an allergic rash all over her body. We had pet hair all over our bags and in the sofa bed.
