Neither good nor bad We had to order the food utensils because they did not have them in the room, they asked for them and what they give are super small pots and pans and to top it all, I never received the coffee maker or the toaster. They also gave dish soap, but they do not give you a sponge to wash. The bathroom was dirty and the drawers full of hair. The window frame was also dirty and had dead animals. Clean the room The room needs serious cleaning. On glance it seemed clean but with a closer look... There were hairs left in the tub and toliet. There were a few small bugs in the kitchen. Unfortunately I dropped something while sitting in the chair and had to put my hand in the crease to get it out. I found an old comb, old lip balm, an alcohol pad, and a feminine hygiene wrapper in the crease. That's nasty. The night clerk that checked us in was great. She was very friendly and gave us extra towels, pillows, and blankets.

Exceptional That there are no elevators The room was clean. The bathroom toilet and shower was cleaned well.
