When booking online I booked a King Size room weeks before my stay.. keep in mind the day before I was to arrive I called and just to make sure everything was ok and verified my booking was still the same …that afternoon on my way there I get phone call saying that room was not available and they have a queen for me or else I could just get the room canceled.. well I’m coming from outta state so I can’t cancel it . when I got there I was given 2 fulls and price was not adjusted. The ladies on staff were just exceptional people and the hotel was clean with great amenities. Price was also better than competitors.
The Water Pressure was the only problem and also cold water wasn’t that cold ! They also just opened up in February !!
Great staff, great service and cleanliness! Very please with this hotel.
