This is somewhat the most bipolar hotel on our road trip. On the one hand, it seems relatively new and everything should be in excellent condition; on the other hand, the room decor and furniture look as if something had been thrown together randomly and lacks taste. We don't regret staying here, and as long as it's new, it's acceptable.

Pleasant stay
Great customer service
Check-in was fine, room was clean but hot and no remedy was offered. Door alarm went off regularly as well as an electronic chirp that kept me from sleeping properly.

Ok for one night. The front desk staff was very friendly, but the room smelled like smoke and food (likely from the prior guests). The floor appeared dirty but the beds seemed clean. The hotel was ok for one night but I wouldn't stay here longer than that.

Lisa, Alex, and June, are always very helpful in trying to accommodate specific needs. I hoped for a 2nd or 3rd floor room in the rear of building, due to my being a light sleeper. They most often are able to provide that. Always courteous and attentive.
