No soap, shampoo, or shower curtains when we arrived. Staff was very friendly and got me shower curtains and soap but was out of shampoo. Room was decent but not cleaned well. Some dirt on the floor along with some trash left.

The staff was super nice! Unfortunately, they were just extremely busy. Had to ask the front desk for towels, wash cloths etc....they were delivered while we were out. : ) The room had a weird smell.....something chemically, I did not complain though. Just kept aware of how I felt, which was okay. Maybe because the place is so new, stuff needs to be worked out.
this hotel is brand new, it felt like we were the first people to ever sleep in that room. it had a nice kitchenette and was clean & spotless! also very quiet. i would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was recently purchased and refurbished and reopened in March. 2 complaints. The mattress had a plastic covering underneath the bottom sheet so as you moved during sleep, the plastic covering would crackle. Do they expect that many of their guests will be peeing in their sleep? The 2nd problem was NO plastic drinking cups in either the bathroom or the kitchenette. So, I had to use my cupped hand to rinse my mouth after brusing teeth.
When booking online I booked a King Size room weeks before my stay.. keep in mind the day before I was to arrive I called and just to make sure everything was ok and verified my booking was still the same …that afternoon on my way there I get phone call saying that room was not available and they have a queen for me or else I could just get the room canceled.. well I’m coming from outta state so I can’t cancel it . when I got there I was given 2 fulls and price was not adjusted.
