No towels in the room, bed was hard as a rock. One thin blanket. Room was clean and staff was kind.
They call the police cause my special needs child was making to much noise!
La habitación no tenia productos personales como jabon, toallas, shampoo, tuve que ir a recepción a pedirlas. La sra marissa fue amable, pero creo que el hotel le falta personal. En la noche al llegar la habitación estaba inundada. Ella nos dio una habitación nueva. Nunca me pude conectar al wifi y al salir al check out me lo iban a cobrar. Le explique a la otra sra que no lo use. Fue decepciónante la estadia.
The floor I was on was loud from room 311 and the room above me
Staff where ok, but towels doesn’t smell clean, and this look like a low income apartment building. Hallways dirty, the room were kind of clean but is not what we expected.
I will never stay there again , yes staff was friendly.. but the tv didn’t work and we needed the tv to drain out the dog braking and the people having sex
Great location to casino. Took 3 attempts to get a clean room to sleep in for the night. Bed not even ready or roomed cleaned in first 2 rooms when first checked in
Paper thin walls Walls are paper thin, you can hear everyone on the halls, above you and next door.
