We had prepaid for our room. When we went to check in we were told we did not have a room. Even with my paid receipt we were told they had no vacancy. Attendant told us this had just happened with another customer. Very frustrating as it was midnight and after a day of travel. Expedia said they would ref out money. Word of advise confirm your stays don’t assume

We arrived late due to a flight delay. There was NO ONE on this property. The phone to call for late check in was dead. I finally got ahold of someone through a general phone line, who told me they were sold out and I didn’t have a reservation! Basically, the was SOL. But I paid Expedia $238 for this room.
