The Extended Stay was very unorganized and gave us a room but when we got there, there was someone else in the room.They gave away our room and had no more rooms to book us in. They did not offer any assistance in finding us accommodations.When a hotel doesn't have a room available for a confirmed reservation, it's considered a breach of contract. We should have been given the option to stay elsewhere at the hotel's expense or, ideally, have the hotel find us another place to stay at their expense and offer a full refund. Pl... read more

Terrible communication between Expedia and the hotel. When I arrived to check in, my reservation couldn't be made even though I had paid Expedia for my two nights. There was no solution, and I was waiting in the lobby until 2:30 a.m. before finally sleeping in my car.

Clean but not worth it Although the hotel was very clean, there was a horrible smell as soon as I entered our room. Kind of like stale urine, weed, and cleaning supplies. My son and I could smell it immediately when we walked in and all throughout the night. On top of that the walls and floors are super thin. I could hear the people talking next to us and the people above us woke me up at 4:15am and I could hear them walking around, scraping chairs, and who knows what else. Worst Stay Ever! The service here was awful. The front desk clerk put me in a room that was already occupied. Staff members arguing and then they quit & deactivated all rooms. There were no staff on the premises & there was no way to contact anyone not even through Hotels.com. We were stuck without our belongings and nowhere to go. It was a mess. NEVER AGAIN will I stay at an Extended Stay America Suites!!!! I don't care what state it's in. BAD BUSINESS

Sheets were dirty, around 3 am there were people running around not sure if it was upstairs or next door, it was super loud couldn’t sleep. Tv was not working properly. Took a while to get tv to work.

La propiedad todo nuevo y bonito. ¡El servicio ha sido el peor que me he topado en la vida! El personal de recepción se retiró como a eso de las 4:30 pm aproximadamente, fui a buscar comida y a mi regreso estaba cerrada el mostrador de check in y servicio. Mi habitación no abrió con ninguna llave, mis pertenencias adentro, yo con hambre sin poder subir a comer, otros huéspedes llamaron al 911 y llegó el Sheriff y luego de dos horas llegó una empleada. La peor experiencia!

There is no breakfast, they have complementary cofee, tea, and hot chocolate.
