It's ok. The full fridge, stovetop and microwave are nice to have. The television definitely needs an upgrade.

We were there for 2 nights asked for more pillows and towels got what we needed promptly. Room did not get cleaned after first nite that did not impress me!

Needed a Getaway and this place was top notch. First time staying at an extended stay and everything was clean, and beautiful

Not impressed. Area was great, room was big, but but cleanliness of the elevator, back entrance and corridor left a lot to be desired ... Breakfast was very poor compared to competition. Difficult to open the shower door, the kitchen could be modernized, etc. It's the first time we came to this establishment and probably it will be the last time. To be fair, the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The hotel was very clean and the check-in staff was awesome and very friendly. Our room was very clean and smelled good considering it was a smoking room. The only issue was my husband and I had the "do not distrub and housekeeping came and knocked on the room door and kept knocking. Retrain housekeeping on how not to actually distrub someone when the sign is on the door. Other than that our stay was excellent! We will stay there again when we return to Syracus.

Extended Stay DeWitt, NY The staff here is so friendly, helpful and courteous that you feel like your at a 5 star resort. So customer service is very highly regarded here. Pricilla the evening front desk representative who recieved me is all smiles, helpful and as freindly as they come. I ended up having to cut my stay short and the GM Shari Gozzi was patient with processing me out through Hotels.com and me running a few minutes after the 12 Noon check out time.
