My room smelled weird , tv blurry and not once did a housekeeper come in to replace towels or bedding! I only used the room from 1130pm- 7am due to working long hrs during the day but it was disappointing to walk in each night with nothing replaced, left sat morning instead of Sunday morning to stay with friends. Front desk couldn't explain why room couldn't be cleaned each day

One night only My stay was good. Was there to see my daughter at the NYS Championships for track and field so really didn't spend much time at the Hotel. Room was clean but dated.

Second stay within past few months The second time I’ve stayed here for four nights during the work week within the past few months due to personal budget constraints. During my most recent stay, the front desk clerk was personable and assigned me a new room when I walked into the first one, which was supposedly smoke free and got hit in the face with an overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke.
