Filthy, awful place to stay We stopped for a single night while traveling and got two rooms. We got there just after 11pm and the front lobby was locked. There was a phone asking to call for service, I called 3 times and no one came to let us in until my husband knocked loudly on the door. I was frustrated and asked why he didn’t answer the phone to let me in and the employee told me I was lying and the phone never rang - I could hear it ringing from the vestibule. The bed was so uncomfortable and bedding was so scratchy. The lock had been busted out and screwed back in. You could see multiple places where it had been screwed in. There were people hanging out outside the front door all night. Didn’t feel safe or clean. Only stayed to sleep out of necessity as I had been driving for 8 hours

The staff was really good, the hotel stunk of cigarettes are room was changed due to heavy cigarysmell the elevators and entries wete filithy floors and glass not cleaned in a long time. Cigarettes butts all over entry way areas outdoor. Our 2nd room was clean dissapointed for an extended stay.

Dissatisfied with the hotel The room wasn’t clean, and you could smell the stale cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel from the corridor all the way into the room. Too noisy at night and the breakfast was poor.

It was filthy...from the entrance stairways to the room. Found discarded clothing from some previous occupant wadded up behind the bathroom door! Shower rod was loose.Got out of there first thing in a.m. Used to condition of 2-3 star hotels, not expecting perfection, but this was truly disgusting. First time in years I chose not to leave tip for (probably poorly paid) cleaning staff.

I stayed there before never had an issue until this time. Not going back there again. I already paid for the room. They required me to give them my card so they could put a hold on the room to later

It was filthy and everything was broken. I will never stay there again. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this hotel.
