Comfort was terrible and hotel didn't have ice machine and room service was just horrible...never again

Don't do it Terrible don't do it. Trash was not emptied the bed sheets were terribly wrinkled indicating that they hadn't been changed just gross
Be Careful! We arrived late on a Friday night and when we arrived, we were told our reservation had been cancelled online. Miraculously they found a room after initially telling us the hotel was full. It was a very stressful experience. We feel that the hotel bumped us because other people were arriving through the door looking for a room.
No Frills Very few amenities and the parking is very inconvenient. The only parking near the entrance is handicap spaces and there isn't a temporary space for carrying in luggage and carts are not offered. The morning breakfast offered is minimal and for the nightly price I would recommend staying at a lesser advertised star rating in the Tacoma area. Disapointing I could hear the TV from both neighbors. People cooking would open their window and door to the hallway and the Hotel was filled with smells from the world and some I could not identify. Smoking was allowed directly in front of the hotel and the smoke would come right in the window of my room.

Cheap but not enjoyable The service was excellent. They were accommodating and very welcoming. The hotel itself seems to have been recently renovated but the overall cleanliness of the room we stayed in could have been improved. The carpet needed deep cleaning, the fabric covered chairs had stains on them, the refrigerator had sticky syrup on it, etc. The neighborhood didn't feel as "safe" for two females traveling alone, especially after dark. Oh don't stay there My boyfriend and I could only look at each other and laugh when we found out there were no, meaning zero, amenities to the room, excepting Wi-Fi and a tv. Only 2 wash towels and bath towels. No hair dryer. No iron. No microwave. It had a kitchenette with no cutlery, dishes, or glasses. No coffee maker. Breakfast was pointed out to us by the desk clerk when we checked in as being a perk. We laughed again when it turned out to be packaged muffins and coffee. That was it. location was good but wasdisappointed with ammenit There was only one person woeking and we ad to wait over an hour to check in our room because the room was not ready. There was no coffee pot, hair dryer or iron in room. was disappointed in the stay overall.

The door would not latch without firmly closing the door, which had to have disturbed the neighbors. While resting in the afternoon we were disturbed by a barking dog on the same floor. We had to request a coffee pot. The man at the front desk did not seem too overly concerned about our complaint. His solution was to move us.
