Trash There was a rat that was running straight along the parking lot when I pulled in .. I booked my hotel online once I walked in they said they had no vacancy , I asked for my refund and told them about the rat in the parking lot and they refused .. I was out money but not to bothersum I rather not sleep with rats

In need of renovating! Sheets and carpet stained! No cleaning service between nights. If you want it there’s a charge. No gym or other facilities. . A grab and go breakfast which is not stated on your website. It’s far different than a continental breakfast which you get at not places. Overall disappointed for the price we paid!

Tragic Trash was found in the elevator and in various open spaces on the floor where I was staying. There was a faint scent of urine in the carpet on my floor when stepping off of the elevator. The sheets had stains that needed to be pre-treated prior to laundering.

It says breakfast but it’s granola bars and coffee. There was garbage under the bed.

Don't forget your stuff. The room was stuffy and the smell lingered the whole time. I forgot my toothbrush so I asked the front desk for one they gave me one. It was the worst toothbrush ever. The bristles we're all stuck in my teeth and in my mouth. I had to cough it up.

Would not stay here again. busy weekend, and we arrived late (11pm.) The suite room we reserved had water leaking from ceiling, and it took the night manager about 45 minutes to get us two single rooms. breakfast was muffins in plastic and granola bars, instant oatmeal in the lobby. no coffee was left either morning. no towels in one room. only shampoo, no conditioner. overall pretty dismal.

Sketchy area, sketchy guests Initially I thought it was just an old facility but when dark came i feared for my kid and my safety. I can't believe the price I paid for the room. I checked out at 10pm didn't even stayed the night

A nite at the Dump Breakfast was a joke, energy bar and packaged rolls, really bad area full of drug addicts , only stayed there to go to a concert at the Tacoma Dome
