Horrible Frustrating Experience This hotel advertises long term stays; on the counter is a nice card listing all if the amenities that come with the room. However, our room had one (1) plastic cup (1) wash rag (1) hand towel. I ran to the nearest store to pick up soft drinks and plastic cups. When we went to open the bottles - no opener. NO anything! Never Again The staff at this hotel is great. That is the only good thing I can say about it. The walls are so thin we could hear the guy in the next room snoring. That was the second night. The first night he stayed up until 3 am talking and laughing with his friends. The first thing you notice about this place when you enter is the unpleasant odor. I don't know if it extends to the entire hotel, but it was present on the first and second floors. The pillows here are like sleeping on flat rocks. So uncomfortable. If you'r... read more

Clean up your act Extended Stay! There was vomit on the desk and chair in our room when we checked in. The front desk said our room had been cleaned and came up to check on it but by that time we had cleaned up the mess. We were afraid to walk around that room in bare feet as the carpet was a mess. I will never stay here again and neither should anyone else. Clean up your act Extended Stay!

Horrible beds. Free breakfast is a joke. We were so excited to stay here for the convenience of having the kitchen for a long stay and breakfast when we were in a hurry to go in the morning. We barely slept because the beds were so uncomfortable and when we got up to go get something from the breakfast table it was almost empty. There was still an hour left until it was supposed to close at 9:30. We will not be back.

Worst Extended Stay I've Stayed At. The only good thing about this location is that it's in a convenient area, mall across the street, food etc. Staff is below par, when I arrived noone was at front desk for 20 minutes, when the worker returned she didn't even say sorry for the wait and just had a bad attitude. She told me to come back in 3 hours when checkin time was, when I returned they gave me a room that the maid had not even cleaned yet. Location ok, housekeeping horrible! The housekeeper came into.our room while we were gone and partially packed our atuff. But not before she stole our tablet and our change catcher out of our bag. Staff said there was nothing he could do since she gave the tablet back! Breakfast isn't breakfast at all either.
