Nightmare Staff Was non existent. I Was charged 175 for smoking in my room. I don't smoke. Had to the dispute charges. Terrible experience.
I wont stay here again....too dirty!
Dont let the outside fool you The hotel looks great as you drive up but the interior is well worn. When we checked in there was a family moving in there family belongings. We made sure that we were not going to be in the room next to them. Also, we both thought the place had a eerie smell. I guess maybe because people are "living" here they cook alot. Also, dont know if there was a dog show going on or what but it appeared every guest that we saw had a dog(s). Also, the "breakfast" they mention is a joke. Cheap coffee, grano... read more

Motel 6 type hotel This was just an overnight stay so we wouldn't have to drive home after a Rainiers' game. The hotel is hard to find - set way back off the road, poorly marked driveway, in an area where you wouldn't expect a hotel. It's directly across the street from Tacoma Mall. "Hotel row" is across the freeway south a mile or so on Hosmer. Yes, it did have a kitchen but dishes and a coffee maker were not included. They are part of an "optional" package. Old hotel, noise next to freeway. Old, needs to be upgrade, they don't provide house keeping service, only if you pay extra and you have to change the garbage bags and take them to the "garbage room" .The room look a little different than the pictures. The area where is located it's not very good. They provide "continental breakfast" which is granola bars, instant oatmeal, tea and coffee. No milk or juice. The staff was friendly. I will not recommen it to my friends y I'm not planning to back.

Tacoma vacation 4-night stay. Rooms were never intended for extended stay and kitchen units were shoe-horned in during a recent refurbishing. As a result rooms were very cramped for an extended stay hotel. Stay away from odd-numbered rooms between 01 and 17. They face the interstate and a major traffic boulevard and are very noisy at night. Add in the recycling refrigerator, the roar of the AC unit, and the constantly running toilet you can barely hear any of the crummy handful of channels available on the TV.
