The 1st room (321) was extremely dirty. Sticky kitchen floor and carpet looked like it should have been replaced several years ago. The staff was kind enough to give me cleaner for the Tub so I could to take a shower. After cleaning the tub, I hopped into the shower only to find that the mechanism needed to divert the water to the shower head was missing! Very Dirty! The area was very sketchy, homeless and transient around the hotel. The rooms were so dirty, the room floor was sticky, and wire white socks and they were black when left. The refrigerator door had food and dirt on handle. There were crud behind door. The elevator floor was filthy..

Breakfast was not as described. Booked 2 rooms and both were dirty, had holes in the curtains, bathroom sink had stains all over, fridge smelled like dead fish.

No room even though I had a reservation I went to check in and when I did they told me there was no rooms available even though I had a reservation. I was told I should have received a call earlier that day which I never got. Trying to find a room at midnight is almost impossible!!!

Tlremove this hotel from ALL options. AVOID!! No housekeeping prior to arrival. The one employee on duty working front desk had to clean our room. Check in took 2 hours. No housekeeping available on day 2 but we did see a housekeeper. He said he isn't assigned to our room. He was only one who showed up for work and he only wanted to do his assigned bare minimum, obviously. We weren't able to get any service.

This property was not at all, what I saw online. It had a smell, as soon as I walked in. I thought that it may have been someone cooking, with spices that were unfamiliar to me. I got to my room and the smell was worst and everything looked as if the furniture
