Hour long wait just to check in and rooms were not clean. They said it would be clean by the time my concert was over and it wasn’t. Staff were not very helpful and only got a 47 dollar refund. Would not recommend this hotel AT ALL

Staff reported that there was only one cleaning person that day. Too many people were told to come back at the check in time (3:00) and still the rooms were not cleaned. The manager started to check in guests which was nice. When arrived to our room after midnight, only the bed was made up. We stayed two nights and the bathroom was never cleaned.
