Not Pleased I drove 5 hours from Sarasota to Tallahassee for work, arrived at work after driving at 11pm. Worked til 8am. Called Hotel around 4 am to insure I could have an early check in which the girl on the phone assured I would. When I arrived to the hotel after driving and working all night at 8:30am I was told there was no early check in. To check back around 12. Single Night Stay at an Extended Stay Hotel I looked at several hotels online and this one looked like it got decent reviews so decided to try it. We were only staying one night on our way South. The room was clean but the hotel should warn people who are only staying one night that they don't cater to those people. There wasn't any ice available at the hotel, only a refrigerator with ice cube trays that are kept empty so there was no way you were going to get ice for the evening. No Continental Breakfast as advertised Waited until 6:00am for the breakfast to be served as I need to head to an early event in the morning. It was 6:10am and no one at the reception until I finally saw a guy setting up coffee machines on top of a small table at the lobby. When asked where is breakfast he said "this is it, we no longer offer continental breakfast", Just coffee and some grab and go items. Very disappointing.

When we arrived, there was a note indicating that the room had been cleaned for our stay. However, neither the bathroom nor the kitchen was cleaned so we did it ourselves. The carpet was stained, the hotel did not provide a nightly clean service which we didn't become aware of until arrival, so we had to take our own trash out daily as well as request clean towels each day.
