The manager here is wierd. I was explaining to her about the way my trip was booked. Basically about the time i had to check out and the time my flight leaves to go back home. She kept repeating herself over and over. Pretty much begging me to check out on time. She kept saying, please please check out by 11am. After talking to her, she just stairs at you with this blank look on her face. I was thinking she probably didn't understand everything i was telling her. Overall, it was an awkward experience.

We chose this property for its decent reviews and it being pet friendly. We were very disappointed in the beds. It turns my stomach to say this, but one of our beds sheets were dirty (slept in previously and not changed) and it had someone’s fingernail trimmings in it! Also, both beds were worn out and very uncomfortable (lumpy and soft). The tv remote did not work and the screen size was very small for the room size. Furniture was showing some wear but not inordinately so. Overall not a property we will stay at again.

The young lady at the front desk was not very knowledgable about policies and the outside area by the pool smelled like urine

Do not waste your time or money When I went to check in no one was at the front desk their was a sign that said will be back shortly. So I waited 5mins after no one came I called the front desk from my cell a young lady answered and I then told her I was up front to check in. She comes from the back with her hair sticking up on top of her head as if she was in the back office sleep. Breakfast was horrible. Muffins and granola bars, coffee and tea. Rooms were roach infested. We were chasing down roaches all of the stay.

I didn’t like the check in as Expedia didn’t send my reservation in a timely manner. I didn’t like the room amenities as there was no coffee pot, no cups n no coffee packets. I’ll never stop for an over night at an Extended Stay again!!!
