Won’t stay at the Tampa location again No one was at the front desk for check in for at least 10 minutes and we had small children who were very tired. There was only one staff member available at check in time. Had to call the customer service number to call the hotel to get someone to check us in.

The rooms in the hotel were filthy! Floors, bathroom, etc. were very dirty. Unable to get moved to a clean room onsite. Left the facility and refused to stay. Hope to get a full refund as the room was not used. I would not recommend

I felt like for a $140 for one night, the room should’ve been better. The door handle for the bathroom was quite literally broken (room 247). Don’t get too excited when your see “Free Breakfast”, it’s literally coffee, packaged oatmeal, bran bars, and muffins.

It was a nightmare. The room didnt even have a coffee maker . No breakfast available. The room was smelling . Just when we were about to check-out found a big snake in the kitchen. We had to make the kids stand out and picked up our luggage.

We are 6 people in one room and the cauch dont have sheets and we have only 4 towells and 4 pillows

Sadly experience 😪 The reviews online are not even close to how horrible our experience was. The woman at the front desk was lovely, but thats the only good thing I can say. The first room they gave us was not cleaned from the previous guest. Front desk was very apologetic and gace us a complementary upgrade. But the second room was full of fleas. They were jumping all over our kids legs and our daughter has several serious allergies. People smoking and drinking at the front door and teens making noise all over the place. M... read more
