We needed towels and the hotel was out. They took our dirty towels and told us to come back in 2 hours when they were washed and dried. It was 6 pm and we had just come from the beach.

It was hard to get enough bedding to use for just established beds- not even extra. It is not family friendly- cigarette butts and beer cans throughout the grounds. I tried to take last pictures in tampa and there is beer cans in the background from the hotel sidewalk. Other people- strangers to us, were extremely loud, often they sounded like they tried- and luckily failed getting into our room in the middle of the night. This property is nasty there is people everywhere and hanging around outside smoking . People live there and also there is a nasty smell. There was roaches on the room . They didn’t have sheets for the coaches. They also have stained on the walls and mattress. The tub was stained the toilet would not drain and over all it was disgusting. The rug were dirty and stained. This was the worst experience ever. I will never go back. I would like my money back. Not worth it. Do not go.

Do not stay here! I booked a room with 2 double beds and a pull out for two nights for my family of 5. I picked the location because it was near the airport, could sleep 5 comfortably and we were arriving late at night. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in. AVOID THIS PLACE Avoid this place like the plague, the first thing you see in this place is that the hood has been brought here. people smoking on the back and side doors and putting a stick to keep doors open. 1st day Bed sheets were dirty with make up and pillow had dried blood stain.
