Disappointing Stay Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. From the outdated room, especially the worn-out bathroom with poor water pressure, to the filthy carpet, the experience fell short of expectations. Despite the initially inviting appearance, the uncomfortable beds, stained bedding, and shabby furniture made for a restless night. The booking photos were enticing, but the reality was very different, leaving us disappointed.

The tub didn't drain, the key didn't work, the pots and pans were old teflon that was badly scratched which basically makes them toxic to humans, the spatula was broken with a frayed plastic edge, again toxic microplastics, there was a dishwasher but no detergent, the "range" was basically two hot plates, there was a sign on range hood that said to open the window if cooking (would failure to do so set the fire alarm??), not that I would or could cook, the odor....the whole room and bath reeked of an oder sort of like old ci... read more

The first room we checked into the ac was hot so we turned it down to 60 to get cold then we left for dinner when we come back the room was still hot to find out the ac was broken. The first shift lady said she had no more rooms and she couldn't help us but thanks to god the guy in second shift went in the system and got me and my family a room with the ac working. Then they didn't have blankets and more towels cause they said theyre backed up and had none available at this time. Also there breakfast is a joke like nothing a... read more

Hotel was supposed to provide breakfast, but it didn't, not even coffee was available.
